Change Lab is about giving nonprofit startups access to the highest caliber tools, resources, and expert consultants at an affordable cost.
Nonprofits deserve better.
When nonprofits struggle, frequently it’s not because of a lack of good ideas, or passion, or determination. It’s because of a lack of resources.
Our team has spent over a decade working in the nonprofit sector. And in that time, we’ve seen too many organizations lose momentum early in their development—at a time when they would benefit most from guidance or a particular skillset, but don’t yet have the funding to afford consultants or to hire new experienced staff. As a result, too many nonprofits with great ideas struggle to get off the ground.
That’s why we created Change Lab.
Change Lab is an online school of change—a place where nonprofit leaders can gain the skills they need to advance their work, grow their organization, and expand their reach. We offer affordable workshops and free resources that address the key aspects of running a nonprofit, with a focus on the areas that nonprofits often need the most help. We work with nonprofits at every stage in their development, from startups to established organizations looking to advance their work. Our mission is to bring the tools every nonprofit needs within reach—and turn the best ideas into lasting impact.

What makes Change Lab especially valuable to nonprofit leaders is our immediate, real-world learning. Our workshops are not about taking time away from your nonprofit to learn things you’ll apply later. You’ll apply the tools and strategies you learn to your own work now.
Each workshop is customized to the unique needs of the people in it—so the exercises you’ll work through will be designed around challenges facing your own nonprofit, and the expert feedback and guidance you’ll receive will be geared toward helping your organization overcome those exact challenges. Our goal with every workshop is to leave your nonprofit in the best shape possible and equipped with the tools and skillsets to take it even further.
