Crucial Analysis

We believe that nonprofits should do a check-in on their competitive analysis every year. It allows you to familiarize yourself with new organizations, who is competing for the same resources and audience, and to reflect on any internal organizational changes to see where they hold up. And it’s a great way to pinpoint your organization’s competitive advantage.

Your advantage is not as simple as what you do. Your competitive advantage is what sets you apart from others working in the same space. It’s what makes your work unique and allows you to outperform your competitors in some way. Your competitive advantage is what will allow you to achieve your mission.
